Fernie's House, Unit 6

Fernie's House is an affordable option when you are in need of comfortable housing. It is located on the outskirts of Eureka, MT on a 1/2 acre. You would be renting a private, lockable bedroom and have the shared use of two full kitchens, a large living room with great mountain views, two washer/dryer sets, two bathrooms (one w/a shower and one w/a sit down jacuzzi tub/shower) & a covered porch. We make things as easy as possible by providing professional cleaning of the shared spaces, all utilities (electric, garbage, water, sewer, heat, high speed WI-FI, A/C in the main living room area), basic household &cleaning supplies, snowplowing & lawn maintenance. We care about our tenants & began this "project close to our hearts" in the fall of 2023 w/ the desire to help those who could not afford the high rental rates in our area. The home is named after the property manager's foster Grandma, Fern "Fernie" Adams who lived until 101 years old. She was an inspiration.
